Managing Multiple Priorities and Taking Care of Thy Self

(2 sessions you choose one session for 3 or all day for 6 hours)
This training class will be broken into 2 presentations and participants may attend one or both to receive educational credit. (6.0 hours for both sessions and 3.0 hours for one)

Session 1 - If you feel like there just aren’t enough hours in a day and you’re juggling more tasks than you can handle, Managing Multiple Priorities will help you learn practical organizational strategies to be as productive as possible. Get control of the papers, e-mails, meetings and more. Learn to work smarter not harder!

Session 2 - Because stress is a natural side effect of change and change is inevitable, Taking Care of Thy Self will help participants examine both negative and positive stressors in our work and lives as they relate to change. Re-framing stress in our minds to be a positive force helps us to build resilience to embrace change. Tips and tools to lower negative stress levels will be examined along with suggestions for responsible self-care.
